Recruiting Strategy & NIL Positioning

Families typically come to The Next Play for one of two reasons:
they want clarity on their athlete’s recruiting situation, or they want a structured strategy to move the process forward.

The Next Play offers two ways to get started — a private strategy session for clarity, or the 6-week Intensive for families ready to build and execute a recruiting plan.

Recruiting Strategy Session (1-Hour)

A private strategy session designed to help families understand where their athlete stands and what to do next.

During this session we review your athlete’s film, academics, recruiting activity, and current positioning to identify opportunities and potential gaps. Families leave with specific guidance on recruiting strategy, exposure priorities, and how NIL opportunities may fit into the broader recruiting picture.

Best for: Families who want experienced perspective on their athlete’s recruiting situation — whether they are just beginning to explore recruiting, navigating specific decisions, or looking for targeted advice to refine their current strategy.

Recruiting and NIL Intensive
For families who want more than advice — they want a structured recruiting strategy and support implementing it.
The Intensive is a 6-Week program designed to move families from uncertainty to a clear recruiting strategy and execution plan.

Families work through a personalized plan that includes a recruiting audit, a custom recruiting and NIL positioning strategy, weekly execution support, and a long-term roadmap for navigating the evolving recruiting landscape.

Includes:

  • 90-minute strategy sessioin

  • Custom recruiting & NIL positioning plan

  • Weekly execution support

  • Recruiting communication templates

  • 12-18 month recruiting roadmap

Limited to 15 families per cycle.
